just would like to get an idea of what you guys use.
im a 36yr old rookie who would like to eventually compete and am curious as to what is popular.
im assuming creatine, glutamine,multi vitamin

Creatine, multi vitamin, ZMA before bed. And a good drink with carbs and protein right after your work out.
Nothing beats lots of healthy food. But those supplements with help also.

Cold water fish is probably better than red meat. It metablizes faster, is higher in protien per weight, contains Omega 3 fat, and is much cheaper than beef. Tuna, salmon, sardines and trout are some examples of cold water fish.
