Let me know if there is something you'd like to see.
I'm still working on it!

John and Jim, I think if you allow training logs on the site it would get a lot more traffic. That is a big part of the traffic to these other site is the training logs. We got to have some Va powerlifters who have something to say about something. Does everyone know that we have 5 lifters from the state lifting in the Arnold Sports Festival? We need to give this site a kick start, come on Virginia powerlifters lets talk about it. Just my .02 cents
Have a great day Jim P

Hey Jim, It is done! Great suggestion too. Hopefully more lifters will share what they're doing in the gym too.

Jim, No, Thank you for the quick reply. I just hope this will strike up the interest of others. It seems like people are looking at the log. I will continue to post them and see what happens....Thanks again

It looks like my good friend Len is sleeping on getting the old BRBB site back up. I cant really blame him since he moved his work to Aberdeen and is building the house in Pa. So I am e-mailing all the old BRBB members and pointing them to this great site you have set up. I will be posting my journal here and running my mouth/keyboard as usual about all the great things I see and all the neat places I travel to for power lifting.

John, I had to point Ron in the right direction so he could find it. His eyes, well you know what I mean.

Just a heads up.....when Ron starts to run his mouth/keyboard look out. He has been my lifting partner since 2002 and during our workouts Ron is able to carry the conversation from the start until the finish and that is for the both of us. I'm a person that doesn't say a lot during my work outs and that doesn't seem to be a problem for Ron. But its been a great friendship over the years and I wouldn't have it any other way. Ron is like a real good timex watch and he just keeps on ticking

After I had put in the side bar (the first one), I noticed it was off center on the small screen at work. I have been meaning to fix the icons. So I've decided to try and fix the justification and icons all at once.
Please bear with me as I try and make the repairs!

I hope the side menu bars came out alright. My screen here at home is wide and I don't need to scroll from one direction to the next. I hope to do something creative with the header next! Jim
