The meet is Saturday March 17 at the Best Western @ Zion Crossroads. It is located on exit 136 off of I 64.
We have a great turnout for the meet and the roster is posted here on the Virginia Powerlifting page and on the meet Facebook page.
Weigh in will be Friday night 6- 7 pm and Saturday 7-8 a.m. with lifting starting at 9 a.m. sharp.
Should be a really good contest with excellent lifting.
