I don't know how many remember Lynne, but from 2002-2007 she was basically unbeatable in the 148/165 master 1 class. She still holds the state record in all three lifts and total, and holds the DL/total record in the usapl. At one point she held most of the records in her age/weight class in multiple federations. in 2004/2005 she won both the open/master class at the usapl woman's nationals in st.louis. She has begun training and is shooting for a December/January meet. We are hoping she can string together some good workouts. It has been difficult training what with her job at the hospital, family commitments, and just being burned out. The last equipped meet she went to was one that John ran. She was off almost two years, trained three months and totaled 900+ Her last meet was a raw meet John ran where she benched 205. So we will see how it goes. I do know she misses the sport and when she sees the totals of those in her class it lights the fire.
