The 100% RAW Virginia State single lifts Bench Press, Deadlift, Curl or Ironman (Total of Bench and Deadlift) will be held April 28 in Stanardsville. The entry forms are on www.rawpowerlifting.com

Out of state lifters are welcome to lift in the meet. I am giving nice deadlift sculptures for awards.
