Virginia's premier bench pressing squirrel and three time silver medalist, Leigh "Rocky" Haines has been nominated to the team as well, for the 5th straight year. You go girl!!

That is great news for Leigh! Gold this time! Bill Gillespie is lifting M1 275 class from Virginia as well. The meet is in April so time is getting close.
