11-09-08 Squats-(bwt 336) sit ups 50x2 Raw (just a belt ) 375x5 445x5 445x5 445x5 445x5 Added Knee Sleeves 575x0 missed- The walk out was easy and setup no problems. I just spent to much time thinking about the squat. I went down to slow and got nothing out of the bottom. Thanks to the spotters for picking me back up. 11-18-08 Squats (B.W. ?) My scales rolled over and died today. I guess I need to invest a few dollars and not go to Wal-Mart this time. I had a better than normal workout today with a few changes. I decided to take out the heavy single at the end of my squats. Also I added deads to the workout and removed the heavy rep at the end. I did all my deads today with a hook grip with a lot of success. The only problem during my second set was the end on my thumb split open at the edge of my thumbnail.
Sit ups 50x2
Squats ( Belt and knee sleeves) 375x5 450x5 450x5 450x5 450x5 450x5
add 5lbs on next squat day 11-23-08
Deads 520x1 620x1 weak hand opened up some but I was able to hold on to the bar, Strong hand thumb slit open 620x1 620x1 620x1
add 5lbs on next deadlifting day 11-23-08

I got the weight off the the floor and thats about it. 625x0 got it all the way above the knees before putting it back on the floor. ripped the skin on the inside of my right thumb. Same on next deadlifting day 12-2-08

Deadlifts- it was a PR day with the hook grip, only had a little trouble with one of the lifts. 525x1 625x1 625x1 just as I got to the top my thumb came out of my weak hand but was able to hold on to the bar long enough to get it locked out with four fingers 625x1 625x1
Adding 5lbs to sets on next deadlift day 12-16-08
Side note: I got to judge for the Va State Meet yesterday and seen some great lifting.

Deadlifts (Hookgrip)-I didn't have any idea that adding 5lbs could cause some many problems 525x1 600x1 630x0 Got just about to lockout but my weak hand opened up 630x1 630x0 Same deal at the top but this time it took a big chuck of skin with it off my thumb
Will keep it the same until I get the darn thing right -next deadlift day 12-21-08
