Ronny B, I'll be in Saturday AM; we'll roll from there. I'm helping on the platform Saturday AM; we're staying at the Hampton in Saturday night; going to mom's Sunday AM; be back Sunday PM. Think about when you want to eat Chinese and when you want to eat Thai. (suggestion -- I follow Liti's guidance when it comes to Thai).

John, I figured you and Willie would be at Raw National also. I'm not taking off until tomorrow from Dulles. Thanks for posting next years dates for the Nationals. I will mark it on my calender for sure.

I'll tell mine and let others tell theirs
SP Opened light 225 kg W Jumped to 255 kg (new MO State M3 SHW record) buried pass
BP 120 kg W 137.5 kg (my nemesis of late) R, missed on double clutch 137.5 kg W glad because a) I finally got back over 300 raw and b) because I came back on a third attempt and picked up a lift
DL 215 kg W 240 kg W (this was a mere 4 lb over what I pulled last Saturday) 245 kg R (I wrestled it to mid thigh before it finally stopped, but it wouldn't have passed anyway)
Total 602.5 kg (not particularly happy as I've totalled higher this year, but I made at least one on all three and ended up 2nd M3 SHW to Pope.

Big Billy was a real highlight of the trip to St Louis. His family is just plain wonderful. The kids, who are obviously so happy and incredibley well behaved, are a reflection of their parents. I look forward to everytime I get a chance to hangout with the Duncans. I had some good conversation with Ken Ryder, he was my first powerlifting mentor and has always given good advice on meet stradtegies. For some reason I was very nervous before this meet. It probably stemmed from the big bombs I dropped in Millwaukee and Bratislava. He got me refocused. I feel very bad about Bill Lindsey's shoulder but he is a world champion and will be back soon.

I just wanted to say that this past weekend was a great expierence for me, as I begin my way down the powerlifting path. I enjoyed meeting and talking to lifters from other places including the others that came from VA. It was also fun seeing some of the big names in powerlifting compete, including my pops(who always seems to draw a crowd when he steps up to the platform). I want to say great job by all and can't wait for the next contest
