I am working on the 2011 schedule here are the contest's dates and locations that are set.
January 29 Potomac Open single lifts BP/DL/SC
Powerhouse Gym, Woodbridge, VA
I will have my strict curl platform at the meet this year. Last year was a great contest despite a heavy snow storm.
March 12 Ironman Nationals (BP/DL for a total) and the United States single lifts BP/DL/SC
Best Western Crossroads Inn in Zion Crossroads I 64 exit 136
June 4 Virginia American Challenge BP/DL/SC
Zion Crossroads at the Best Western.
December 10 Christmas Classic BP/DL/SC
Stanardsville Helath and Fitness
