Hello friends -
I just moved to NOVA from California and I am looking for a powerlifting gym/coach/team to train with. I live in Falls Church/McLean area. I am a female lifter. I have been working out bodybuilding style for a couple of years and recently moved to powerlifting style workouts. I am now ready to try powerlifting seriously and hopefully compete soon. It is a passion that I am harboring. Please help!!!
