Thanks, It looks a lot better when you watch it on a bigger screen. Plus when we looked at it I didn't have my glasses on. And we know that is a sign of old age. Take care and I will see you in a couple weeks.

Jim, I think trying to go from nights to days in a day and a half took its toll. I also got a little of the rack going up with the 410. I've got two more bench workouts before the Arnold so we shall see how it goes.

02-04-08 Squats-(bwt 329.4) Ive not been up to 100% (sick) over the last couple of days. Did my squats today at about 75% so I cut the heavy stuff out. It just wasnt going to happen today.
sit ups 75

02-14-08 Bench-(BWT 327.4)

Belt only 275x5 1 pause 315x5 1 pause 365x2 1 pause 365x2 1 pause 365x3 1 pause 415x1 420x? I got it to come up off my chest to the sticking point. Again with help from the spotter past that point I was able to very slowly push it up to lock out.
The next workout will be openers for the Arnold 2-18-08

2-18-08 Openers (BWT 325.8) I worked up to my openers for all three lifts tonight. It went real well weight felt good.
sit ups 75
Squats 375x3 405x1 475x1 535x1 575x1 deep and easy
Bench 275x3 315x2 365x2 a good pause on both of them
Deadlift 515x1 605x1 650x1
Now everything is in place....Lets have some fun.

2-29-08 Arnold Sports Festival Raw Contest
Ron awesome job. I couldn't of done it without you!!!!
Squat 573- Good/ No problem 622 PR- Good/ went forward at the the bottonm a little but as able to pull it back in. 633 PR- Good/ this one was by the number and it came up so easy.
Bench 374- good/ no problem 429 PR- (2 whites) foot moved 435- miss by a couple of pounds to much
Deadlift 650- good/ No problem 705 PR- good/ no problem 722- I got it within an inch of lockout and could'nt finish the job.
Then finished the day with a PR total. Also 4 Virginia State Raw Records
I have videos of the lift that I will try to get posted soon.

03-07-08 Bench-(bwt ?) I got back into the gym today to work toward the Raw Nationals. I took my bench(429) from the Arnold and drop down to 65% to start over again
