01-03-08 Bench-(bwt 331.6) I've been fighting a cold for the last few days. I also will be going back to midnight shift tomorrow night.

Raw (just a belt) 275x5 1 pause 315x5 1 pause 340x5 1 pause 340x5 1 pause 340x5 1 pause 340x5 1 pause 405- I got this off the rack and it felt like a ton. So,I held it for a few seconds and placed it back in the rack.
add 5lbs on next Bench day 1-11-08

01-11-08 Bench-(bwt 322.8) This 345(PR) is the highest I've gotten for reps raw.

I will but got a new camera last night and forgot to charge it. We got to the gym today and it was already dead. Plus this one has sound to go with the video. As far as my training it is going well. Thanks

Ahhhh..., technology is a wonderful thing, until the battery fails ;D My wife and I got a GPS for Christmas. Last week, when we went to my favorite restaurant near BWI, we tried it out. It could'nt find the darn satellite! I was almost at the restaurant when it finally started giving directions. I want to get a video camera. Like we discussed at the last meet, it is well worth the investment for any powerlifter. Jim

Just checked the vid of the squat again, even with the camera angle you are defifitely below parallell! The speed was excellant too. Great Squat!
